trans codes 1,2,7,8 engine codes 7

throwing those codes but how do i fix it.

im running a p13 ecu. just did the jdm h22a swap with the f22 auto tcu with auto Lsd Tranny.

TCU Codes:

CODE LIST:

1-Lock-up solenoid 'A' circuit open or shorted.
2-Lock-up solenoid 'B' circuit open or shorted.

7-Shift Solenoid 'A' circuit open or shorted.
8-Shift Solenoid 'B' circuit open or shorted.


Engine codes

Throttle Position circuit
Reading too low or too high, open or short in circuit, defective TPS circuit



where are these solenoids, how do i fix it, and what do they look like. which one is a and which is b. im so lost. so please help. and

its telling you to swap to 5 speed

did u change the tps, and adjust it to specs, there a diy for it,

no sure if they are the same from f to h trannies, check the junkyard, ur best bet,

are the solenoids the same on f series and h i got the old shit from my swap.

oh, and fyi... you cannot buy a TPS separate from the throttle body (from Honda)

if it doesn't appear broken (aesthetically), then it probably isn't.... just needs to be adjusted.

i broke my old tps and got a different one off another motor and also have my old f series one as a spare. thanks tho. maybe i put it on wrong lol. i dont know. help with the solenoids. im a noob on this shit.

i think the solenoids would be the same compare part numbers, go to majestic honda or call the dealer and ask if the part numbers are the same, i would think they are, because its the ecu telling them when to shift or whatever

are solenoids hard to change. i dont know how to do much of this. im infamilar and just starting out in the game lol

naw, i think its only like two bolts holding the on, and a wire

is there a plug to each wire.
maybe i have a plugged on b and b plugged on a? or is that possible

bump. i unplugged the solenoids, and plugged then right back in and didnt.


the solenoids look to me like u have to take them off in pairs of 2. so there is 2 pairs of 2 with 1 plug running from each set.

i did notice both solenoids look rusted on the outside pretty good.
