I just put a new cam gear omn my F22a1 and I was wondering if anyone on here has cut the cover on the gears. I searched and couldnt find pics. So if anyone has pics or knows of any please post!!

You seriously need to ask about this? Yes, you leave the top cover off like I have in my red Accord project for easy adjustment of the cam gear when you're dyno tuning. Once it's dialed in, you can put it back on or don't bother. I just left it off, makes for easy valve lash adjustments, I always use a funnel when doing oil changes so I don't drip oil on the timing belt.Originally posted by 91CBoyComment

My cover isn't on all the way (those bolts are hard to get to) and it flings oil in the engine bay. I must have a leak somewhere down there
