Code 1: o2 sensor

well i keep getting a code for my o2 sensor and my gas mileage is really shitty, i used a DVOM on the o2 sensor and everything is in spec, the o2 sensor is connected to the main relay, could i have a bad main relay so the computer isnt getting sent anything from the sensor? any ideas?

i already blocked off the egr valve so i dont think its that
