    cold start...smoke

When i start my car on cold mornings it (somtimes...1 out of 6) puffs out a cloud of (white) smoke. It didnt do it in the summer at all. Just now that its getting coolrer out. It only does it at first start up. drives prefectly fine and puffs no smoke while driving.

there is no coolant in the oil...or oil in the coolant so i dont tink its the head gasket.Im using 10-30 higer mileage oil...so tell me wat u guys think

    Hmm... Is your car turbo'd?

If its only 1 out of 6 times, and only in the cold it could be condensation i suppose...

Oh, it sounds like a headgasket leak then.

does the smoke go away after it warms up? if so its very common for engines to puff out white smoke on cold starts
