Progress on my idle/surging issue

All clues lead to the IACV...

-It idles at 800 when it's warmed up
-There's a loud sucking noise at low rpms, especially under high load
-All vacuum lines are connected to right places (I'm 100% sure)

I'm going to h22sparkle's house to change the TB and plenum gaskets, and run some tests...stay tuned...

sucking noise comes from the intake. if you turn that idle screw all the way in, the noise will go down.
