All clues lead to the IACV...
-It idles at 800 when it's warmed up
-There's a loud sucking noise at low rpms, especially under high load
-All vacuum lines are connected to right places (I'm 100% sure)
I'm going to h22sparkle's house to change the TB and plenum gaskets, and run some tests...stay tuned...
