^^yea mine did the same, I wish I could explain exactly what the problem is and why it's doing it but I honestly don't know, I just know how to fix it lol. But chances are it's one of the two, either vaccum hose or ...FITV or whatever it is.

ok but by me turning the thing down inside that thing. (wow using the word thing for everything) lol. how would that fix the problem? what is it in there that would cause it. why am i turning it back down? thats what i want to know. what the hell is in there lol
