automatic trans swap

what's up guys. i am having problems with the selenoids and speed sensor on my automatic transmision(its a 90 HONDA ACCORD AUTO). if i buy them used at a junk jard that is going to be $120. but for $300 i can buy a used automatic transmision.
so i need help on changin the automatic trans. if u guys know any threads that have coverd this please tell me about them. i DID a search but no results. all i get is swaping frm automatic to manual.
so please help me about this.

The speed sensor shouldn't be $120 at a yard. That's a huge rip-off. I'd go check out some different yards. Trust me, its MUCH easier to replace a speed sensor then a tranny.

speed sensor and the shift control selenoids. are $120. but if i can get a trany for $300 with them included is like buying the trany for $180.
do u know any diy on how to change the trany????????

Go here and download the accord service manual. But if u can wait a week or two, I'm about to take out my auto tranny. I'd sell u the stuff u need.

turns out that the shaft speed sensor is gone bad. and this bitch is in the trany itself. fuck. i am about to buy a used trany from a junk jard.
