fog light bulb WTF?

one of my foglights blew and for some strang reason they dont sell these bulbs anyware, and noone has ever seen one before, I went to 2 dealers and 4 auto stores and the dealer said they wern't stock foglights and i was lying. WTF kinda bulb is this is says Stanley UF7P 12v55w
