Last few problems, overheating? Speedo? and gas cable...

So I fixed everything but these things.


The speedo on my car doent move at ALL when im moving. why?


Also i filled the radiator with leaks with water and it seems to be overheating.. anyone know why? I thought u could use water?

Also the throttle body cable.. well those 2 12mm nuts are all rusted off and only one side will go loose. how can i get it on? since i cant move the nuts to set it right? LMK thanks

vss for the speedo

you need a 50/50 mix, water boils at 100 degrees. It prob doesn't take long for the engine to exceed that temperature

I'm guessing you need a new cable, either that or cut those nuts off

1. Vss plugged in if it is might be broken throwing a CEL?
2. Pressure test it prob somewhere else leaking yes you can use water.
3. Get some PB blaster and it should let it loose a bit.

did you bleed your cooling system properly. if you got air in there it will cause overheating.

my speedo didnt work, nor did my tak, nor did my fuel or temp guages. i got a new cluster and the tak and speedo work. but the fuel and tem still dont. i dont know whats going on haha. make sure you use 50.50 coolant/water split. urm. water pump maybe.. thermostat.. leak... thats all i got. not much of a contribution but i tried lol.
