Changing P/S belt, need help please

Very sorry for the double post but daylight is almost gone here and I need an answer immediately.

What do you have to do to remove/install the P/S belt??? I found that the pump is held in place by one big bolt at the top that it can pivot on, but with that bolt in place or removed I could not get the belt free, so I had to cut it. Now with the new belt (yes I'm sure it's the right one) there is simply no way to get any slack to install it. With the pump mounted in it's lowest position possible it's still a few milimeters too far for the belt to reach. What other way can there possibly be to adjust this so the belt will go on??

Ok there is more than one bolt there are 2 one on top and one on bottom and then there is a bolt in front for you to loosen the belt or tighten it turn it to the left to loosen the belt and turn it to the right to tighten.loosen that bolt alot and you should be able to get it on easy.

You need a 10/12/14mm socket. 14mm is obviously allows it to pivot, the 10mm adjusts it, and the 12mm holds it so it dont shift on you. Break the 14mm then 12mm and then turn counterclockwise on the 10mm and it should make the ps pump go down allowing you to take off the belt as for putting it on its the direct opposite.
