    P28

my friend is selling his P28 computer, chiped with a spoon or mugen chip i cant remember. He was running the computer on a B16. He is selling me the computer for $50. Now this is my question, will i be able to just plug the computer in and have fun? Or do i still have to get the computer reprogramed to wrok on the H22?
    Thank you

get a h22a map in there. chances are youll run leaner because the h22a is a much larger engine and needs more fuel.

Dont know my way around CA, but there's alot of people that can do it. Go to a honda tuning shop, bring in your ECU, and ask them to install a H22A chip in there(assuming it's been socketed, if not theyll have to desolder the old chip out). If you cant find anyone, you can send it to Phearable or Xenocron, theyll be able to help you out.

What he said. Or you can find someone with a stable h22 map on uber or something and tell them to burn it on a chip and put it in the p28.

Don't know how this effects stock maps, but for a P28, Crome maps work better. Crome was designed around the P28/P30 ECU, while Uberdata was designed around the P72/P73 ECU.

Uber still works either way...you just need a stable map which is the same as the others basically.
