Rear main seal - oil on clutch

I was autocrossing yesterday, and a couple people told me I had smoke in my exhaust. I personally haven't been able to watch it, but from the reports I've been given, I tend to get a bit of smoke when I dump the clutch and starting out at traffic lights.

I looked under the car this morning, and the joint of the transmission housing and the engine block is oil-coated, which tells me I've got a bad rear main seal. Could oil burning off the clutch cause smoke in the exhaust or close to it? I don't know where the housing ventilates, so I was thinking maybe it gets recirculated via the PCV.

I compression checked my engine (F22A6) about a month ago and my cylinders were all 170-175psi, which is slightly below factory but not low enough I'd expect to be burning oil.

Also, what's a good OEM style clutch kit, as I'm going to replace the clutch and flywheel while I'm down there, as I know they've got at least 60k on them (haven't been changed since I bought the car). I'm STS in autocross, so am only allowed "direct replacement" parts. I'm thinking an Exedy Stage 1 clutch kit & flywheel with OEM throwout bearing and rear main seal.
I swear, eventually I'll run out of things to break.

I guess I was wrong... I broke it all. Died 10/29/06

Ya, I replaced my rear-main seal when I did my clutch....it was leaking. Also, I used an Exedy stage-1 clutch kit (similar to OE), got it off of eBay for 105.00. Just make sure to have that flywheel resurfaced at a machine shop if you are re-using it....

I think I may just replace the flywheel unless a shop can do the job really fast and cheap - I'd like to get the job done as quickly as possible as the car is my daily driver, and I can get a clutch/flywheel package of ebay for about $200. I'm probably going to do the job this weekend because I'll need the car Friday and Monday, and I'm not sure how many shops keep weekend hours - my local import specialist doesn't.

Years ago it cost me $20 and about an hour to get a flywheel resurfaced at a local machine shop; on a Saturday.
