    It's comming out other motor in, and ill look into my motor and take everything apart after =) and maybe learn some things at the same time.

    All you have to do to retension the belt is:

    1) loosen the 14MM tensioner nut that is sticking out of the lower cover(there is only one, and it is down near the water pump between the engine and frame rail)

    2) advance the T-belt 3 teeth in the direction of rotation by turning the crank pulley. This puts tension on the front side of the belt and causes the tensioner to take the slack out of the rear side.

    3) tighten the nut back up.

    It is part of the routine maintenance, because the belt stretches over time. The maintenance schedule calls for this every 15,000 miles or so.

    If you notice the belt is loose, but not broken, this should always be the first thing you try, because it can stretch enough to loosen itself up quite a bit.
