    No ignition output signal

Well same problem I've been having for the past couple weeks now, so my car has been sittin at home until i come home on the weekend to try and mess with the POS. But ne way I have no ignition output signal coming from ECU to my distributor. All my fuses are fine, I've replaced quite of few things thinking that was the problem (new distributor, ignitor, coil, main relay, switched ECUs, replaced all the under hood relays) And I still just can't seem to get any spark. I have power from my black/yellow stripe wire from my ignition switch to my dizzy but i have no power at all from my ecu to my distributor which is the yellow/green stripe wire. So i'm not gettting power from somewhere, does anyone know where this thing might be gettin power from? My front coolant temp sensor I think thats what it is has no power coming to it. the green one on the front water neck on the head. Or could it possibly be my TPS would either one of these stop me from getttin spark? Or if anyone has had this problem before, any help would be appreciated. BTW the car is a 90 EX 4 door/ 5 speed, w/ a h23a1 and the f22 trans.

I'll check the connectors for the distributor again but I didn't see anything wrong with them. And all both of my wires on my starter are good. I mean the car turns over with no problem I just can't get any spark.
Thanks for the suggestions, I'll go over everything again this weekend for the 1000th time
