Ways to help lower emissions?

I've already used the search feature, but i was wondering what else is highly effective in lowering emissions. I replaced the cat and o2 sensor almost 2 yrs ago and still failed emssions even after replacing them, so had to resort to a pay off...what else can be done i kno egr ports but i dont have the tools for that. Any other suggestions? any help would b greatly appreciated

sorry to hear your problems. the egr ports and valve cleaning will do wonders for your emissions. get that done if you cant do it. then id do a tune up if not recent. replace you pcv valve, and clean your fuel injectors.

1)-get your egr ports and valve cleaned NOW
2)-replace your pcv valve..again if not done
3)-clean your injectors..run a bottle of chevron techron or lucas fuel injector cleaner.
4)-do a tune-up if not done recently.

Thanks man my friend is suppose to help me with the ports but niether of us have the right tools for the job...
what do i plan on doing?
Running seafoam
replace fuel filter and see what happens if not i'll have ot do the ports or find a way to do them
