take you stock cat use it rip the guts out open up the flanges to 2.5 and run a pipe straight through weld at either end looks and is a real cat with a test pipe in the middle
as for the "e cut out " its called an electronic dump efficient only on the track basically give you less pipe for your exhaust to go through better with a turboed applicaton but does also work for na aswell
alot of older muscle car guys used these although they were the cable style and alot have converted to the electronic ones now
id say if you do use that run it right b4 the cat
