why not go to the fuel pump and test how much voltage is at it?

if your main relay is clicking then it can either be a faulty one or something is causing it to turn on and off.
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

When was the car not having this problem? Either some electrical work was done causing this problem. In other words, some event caused this.

yeah found it, two cables that lead from the alternator to the wire harness were fried and making contact therefor shorting out the electrical system.
