Good Oil For High Mileage

I have a 92 accord ex 4 door and wanted to know what kind of oil i should run i tried everything meaning brand wise so far castrol syntec has been the best but i wanted to know what do yall use i have 239,000 on this bad boy still running strong.

I've used castrol sytec high mileage 10w-30 for years and its always been good. The filter is also another key aspect of keeping the oil clean for ya.
