Where is the best place for our cars to ingest SeaFoam?

Brake booster line I belive it is. Its by your firewall. in the back right of the engine bay

when you pour it in the valve cover so it mixes with your oil, how soon do you change your oil?

why does it say not to use it on cars over 150K, im about to hit 180k but it will really help from what i have read . . .
