Hey guys i need to know what the name of the part is. it is located on the front side of the engine tranny combo. It sits under the top radiator hose and the part has two little cyclinders. These cylynders are on the auto tranny so im guessing its some sort of breather filter. but does anyone know what its called.

A picture would help a lot. Two lil cylinders or solenoids? Could be your shift solenoids.

Looks like you mean #7 in this link which has already been noted as lockup control solenoid valve.
