This might be noob as usual, but I"m trying to pull rotor UP and LBJ down?

to get the lower ball joint out, you are going to push up on the rotor/knuckle/ball joint/uca.

the lower control arm will be going down. Pitman arm pullers are all universal sized, I use one all the time, since I dont really like the whole hitting it with a hammer thing.

Can you guys look over my general steps?

I'm trying to replace rotors, brake pads and new passenger axle.

just make sure u take the axle nut off before u take off the caliper. you'll need it on so when you put a screwdriver in the rotor there is something there to stop it from turning. all your steps look good
