diag for h22a prelude

ok i have a 92 si with a jdm h22a, i have a couple problems with it. 1. in hot weather if it sits like eight hours it has trouble starting, after a while it will start though. 2. the second problem is that the tail lights work except for brake lights on both sides, and the brake light is on on the dash. if anyone can tell me what might be causing either or both of these problems LMK. thanks to anyone who reads this.

your main fuel main relay. Change that out or your fuel pump could be going. As for the brake lights check the bulbs if that doesnt work check that little sensor back is the taillights filled up with water .
