I got tranny in and 3 housing bolts down and tranny mount installed. I can't get the rear engine mounting bracket to line up with the tranny. The bracket needs to come about a half inch towards front of car. I tried prying the bracket but it wont budge. What is trick here. DO i need to loosen up the 3 housing bolts and take off teh tranny mount to get it to line up? Or do i need to loosen up rear engine mount?

Auto or manual? Are you swapping in something different?
This sounds like you’re continuing a conversation from another thread. Please provide details, or at least link to that other thread so anyone that comes across this post (like me) will understand the context.
In general, you’ll want to loosen your engine mounts to allow for some play. Put a well-padded jack under your oil pan to lift it some. That should allow you to get all your mounts aligned and tight. Just don’t force anything. You don’t want to strip any threads. If things don’t tighten back up easily, readjust.

If the transmission didn’t go on straight, nothing will line up are you sure it’s right? There should be dowels. Sometimes you need to rotate the crank pulley slightly to allow the input shaft splines to line up. Learned that the hard way after a couple painful hours in cpmike’s garage. His mom came out and turned the engine for us at the pulley, and the transmission just slid right in!
you have everything loose, but are you lifting the engine from below?
