I have a 91 Auto, F22A1. I'm just trying to figure out if it has a clogged cat, or something else. When I try to start it up, it sometimes just starts, but usually just shakes and turns off the first time, or shakes and finally catches and it stays on. (It feels like a misfire when it does this, and it typically only does it when its warmed up). Also, it revs kind of slow after its warmed up, almost seeming like its in the wrong gear (which it isn't). Also, it the exhaust is always loud, even at idle, like theres a lot of pressure. Even the loudest Cb7's exhausts I've seen are basically silent at idle, but mine is always loud. Any ideas?

sounds more like a timing issue than a clogged cat...i would check your timing

Exhaust Leak could cause some of that since you say its loud but i dunno about the part where the car cuts out. No CEL or anything?
