want more top speed

i could'nt find it in search so heres my question, could i just swap out my lx automatic ecu for a ex ecu for higher speed limiter , is there a way to just bypass it, would any ex 90-93 ecu work, and what is the ex ecu set at, i think its 130mph, im just tired of racing cars on the highway and winning until my limiter kicks in at 115-120 then they blow by me and keep trucking, anybody know top speed if there were no such thing as a governer in a f22 cb7.

theres rev limiter in there i believe, someone back me up on that. and it also believe it kicks in right about there, i forget how u bypass it tho.

i was browsing through the helms (1991 Accords) couple days ago..if I remember correctly, 6300 rpm is our rev limiter where it cuts off fuel to engine

top speed limiter (mph),not rev limiter(rpm), my rpms are like around 4500 or less i think when it cuts me off around 115-120mph..............
