need help with 4 problems just did a motor swap

ok the reason why i am posting 4 different questions in this thread is because i did not want to post 4 seperate ones but any way here they are.

    1. What size piping would be the best to get run 2.25 or 2.50 its going to be a daily driver 4 now but i seen some one on here say dont get 2.50 its way to big 4 our cars and also should i leave my flex pipe on or take it off.

    2. ok damn it the 3 and 4 plug wires were wrong damn. but now my problem is it starts at 1500 idle and it bounces at 2500 idle very bad i have not flushed my radiator yet and i was told to clean out my air idle control valve. and im pretty shure that all my vaccum hoses are right. and my idle screw i have not checked just yet.

we figured out the wires about 11:30 this mourning but thanks any ways guys and also its a f22a1 with 253,000 miles on it.

In removing the flex pipe, are you planning on replacing it with another aftermarket one?
You can modify (and cut) our's to accomodate the desired size .. but I hope that
you're not planning on removing the F/P alltogether .. (silly me for thinking this) but ..

The flex pipe is there for a huuuuge reason .. being that our motors are *transverse*
They tend to tourge in a different motion, and thus, the F/P allows it to do so.

I dont think I've heard of anyone running without one but ..
I've been wrong before .. What motor did you swap in?

Show foto's of the 2 and 4 plugs, also show where they came from? Whats that look like?
Where'd you get the motor? How many miles?

      A Hui Hou !!!

        As stated what motor?

        1. Always change new plugs/boots whenever doing a motor swap
        2. 2.5 is fine.
        3. Who did the timing...Recheck your firing order.
        4. Could be your regulator taking a shit or your window aint aligned right.

5 dollars say you got the firing order wrong.

Does the motor look like its about to shake its way out of the mounts when its runing, and does it stall out?

EDIT:or you are not getting any fuel in those two cylinders?when you say new you mean white right?

with the jumping idle do not mess with the idle screw.. it's pretty pointless since the idle is messed up for a reason.. it's most likely the fast air control valve so if you had your swap done at a shop take it back there and have them look at it and see if they can adjust it or replace if needed

What motor if you can show us pictures so we can further assist you in your situation. Stop what you are doin you are just creating more work for yourself and lets do one thing at a time so that we rule out each situation. Right now by you doing one thing and bouncing to another your making it hard for us to actually help you rule stuff out.

No flex-pipe will lead to a cracked down-pipe most likely in due time. I ran without one on our 90 EX Accord 5spd and it last for some months, then the down-pipe cracked from the torque/rocking back motion of the engine through constant use and cracked the piping, leading to a hole in the down-pipe and very loud, annoying exhaust noise.
