Driving in second or low 4th bad for engine/tranny

I was wondering if me driving the car sometimes in low 4th would mess up my tranny or engine? What about me at a stop and going in second and flooring it... Will these things mess things up.... I feel more power in low 4 my car is an automatic by the way... Please let me know

    wtf is low 4?

if u start in second gear, ur stressin the tranny too much....
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

I have a manual I really want an h22a but would it be easier just to get a USDM H22 besides a JDM?
