h23 complete head swap

i got a question,i just recently bought a complete h23 head swap for my cb7, my plan is to use my f22 block and combine it w/ a h23 head,intake manifold etc...,aiight my question since my spark wires are still kind a new and the spark plugs and also the distributor, would it fit or can i still use it on the h23 head???its not that i dont want to buy new spark plug and wires, but i just dont want it to be useless and be laying around on my garage and end up taken some space..thats why i want to know if i still can use it. Also does anybody know how much hp would i gain by doing this swap???some people says i'll get close to 160ish, anybody???thanks

which of the inner pieces are the same? like the ignitor? or rotor or cap?

i know it has an external coil.

the ignitor is the same, I believe you can make the coil work, and the rotor should be close enough to work, but why? Cap and rotor are like 25 bux, and an aftermaket external coil is about the same. L8r
