here's the story, my brother bought an a6 manifold but after looking at it I realized it has 3 nipples on the back as opposed to 2, like it's suppose to be. Is this normal or is it something that came on a different model?

The extra one is for the Vacuum control box below the intake manifold. Its a black box with a solenoid that controls the secondary runners in the intake.

I compared that intake manifold to my own a6. Mine only has 2.Comment
