What exactly did you clean? did you remove any vaccum lines? make sure they are all connected and reset your ECU

      You really didnt expain much.
Did your idle bounce like that before you cleaned out the TB?

Reset your ECU, try the car.

You could have numerous things, but we are not sure...Air in coolant lines? dirty IAC?

Inside the throttle body. ...with crab cleaner...
I'm sure I hooked all the lines back together....didnot reset ECU ...
I can do that by removing backup radio fuse right?

But if I put it in D or R .....it idles regular ...

yeah I did that awhile ago too, I loaded it up and let it sit
barely started up and ran like crap for a little while until it burns off

I dont want to adjust anything since it was running fined before I cleaned the TB.....
I'll let it idle for awhile ...and see if it comes back to normal.....

Crab Cleaner could be the problem. I wouldn't use that on my car that's for sure.

Carb cleaner isn't as strong as Throttle body cleaner...so you dont have to burn off anything.

Whatever you cleaned out before, now you are getting better air flow into the TB plus now the plenum & runners are getting better air supply as well.

Reset your ECU. This is the CLOCK fuse, or unplug the negative(-) terminal on the battery for about 15 mins or so...

--- In theory, the ECU is still using the previous MAP values it stored. This should work...if not, then you have other symptom(s).

                Let us know!!
