wierd start up .... fuel related???

well.. simple question cb7 peepz.. my sisters cb7 has had a accumulating problem that i have been neglecting..
when u start her car it sounds like this

tututu...vrooommmmmmmtutuutututuut(as if its misfiring) then it will return to its normal sound of "ooooooooooo" sometimes it takes a slight tap of the gas to get the misfiring sound to go away... i think something is choking fuel at start up..
my two guesses are fuel filter or clogged injectors.. any other ideas?

very strange, i'd venture to guess the fuel filter but a hunch is telling me something different. I'll let the big boys handle this one
