    Shifting without using clutch

I just wanted to know if it's bad to shift without using the clutch. I mean You have to shift in first but since i know when to shift without grinding it goes right into gear. I think this is called matching the syncros. As long as im not grinding anything and it goes right in the next gear will my tranny be ok?

Its not like i jamming the thing in the next gear and it grinds. Im sure some of you can do it. I like know exactly when to shift and what rpm it will work at.

Let me know your inputs on this.
