Did you bother reading the POSTING RULES at the top of the page?

Its for the seatbelt. It connects to bottom of seatbelt so that if you dont have it on the light comes on. And when your belt is on the light goes away.

I just unplugged it because it gets annoying

If you have abs, the one under the passenger seat is for bleeding the abs system properly..,. (if its an orange clip)

A bunch of people have already told you what it is. Its for your seatbelt indicator light.

Drivers side is the seat belt indicator connector. It goes to the underside of your seat where you should find a female connector from the belt buckle. The passenger side is the diagnostic plug for your ABS II system. It appears that someone has had your plug disconnected from its holder for some reason because the wire should be completely hidden under the carpet. The ABS plug is orange as with everything else on the ABS system. With it, you plug in a special tool only available from Honda to test the wheen sensors/plusers, the modulator, ABS pump and ABS computer.
