will pads like these be okay??

here's what it looked like as soon as i took it out of the box. i think it'll be okay right? the clips i can adjust i suppose. this is my 2nd set of pads ordered from various vendors, but to me, it looksl ike this specific brand of pads are like this ..

I dont see a problem, but those are low pad warning device are supposed to be like that

To add to the PM, just bend the Wear Marker on the Right Pad to match the Left Pad, all will be Sweeeet!! Duuuude!!!

thanks, after bedding them in and getting that smell i think the crc did help a bit. however ocassionaly during one of the bedding sessions i heard that high pitch noise. yet at times there wasn't any. i hope i did it right but anyhow i will do the rears.

if then it still squeeks then i d k what it can be other then perhaps the pads im using are the reason for the sound.

btw the OEM kit gave me some solution for the rears. im wondering if i should use that instead of the CRC for the rears?

are you talking about squeak from the wear meter?

im not sure, just squeek as in brake squeek i hear from time to time. im pretty sure my rears could play a factor.

From the history of your brake problem, Wait until you've done the rears before stressing too much. Won't hurt to use the CRC on the rears as well.
