    grinding noise when deccelerating

okay, i replaced my clutch, pressure plate and throw-out bearing with a new stage 3 Exedy kit...now eversince then, i have this loud grinding noise that only can be heard when you let off the gas and i start to deccelerate...when the car's cold you can hear the ruffness when it's at idle too.

anyone know what this could be? bad bearing maybe?

    thanks in advance,

Sounds like it - Input Shaft Bearing.
Is the Trans Oil Correct type and weight?
    Is the level correct?

well, i just bought a new input shaft bearing too, for my old tranny...it was leaking so i though i would buy the seal and the bearing. but the 5th gear in that tranny went before i could replace either...so i bought a used h23 tranny. even with this tranny, it does the same thing.

i'm using full synthetic 10w30 in my tranny...2 qts. <== all wrong, maybe?
