    f22a6 to f22a1

    im swaping out my a6 for a a1 so i can do a rebuild. can any one tell my if the a6 ecu will work with the a1. is their anything else that i need to know to make it work or is it a direct replacement. thanks for any help any one can give me

        im not getting another a6 cause im getting this one for $200 and it only has 85000 miles on it . pluse the fact that its sitting in a shop in my town so i dont need to pay for shiping. dont forget that im doing a full rebuild to my old a6 so i dont need another one

          yes, i use an a6 and an a1 ecu in my car (not at the same time) you may want to be sure the ecu is what you need as far as manual/auto goes, and you'll be good to go.

            i'll be doing this same thing pretty soon with my cb7, but i'm swapping out the manifolds, and cam from the a6, i'll let u know how it goes
