if i take off my intake tube from the throttle body,could i clean it with rubbing alcohol,i have some from walgreens.or do i have to use throttle body cleaner?thanks

I shouldn't hurt. Alcohol is designed to remove dirt and germs from skin not aluminum though. A product designed to remove all the grime and dirt off of a throttle body, in my opinion, would be a better bet.My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. ok i just figured that a throttle body cleaner from autozone i saw had 97% alcohol in it so i figured just use rubbing alcohol that has 95%.Comment
