head light problem

i have a problem with my projectors. i was adjusting the beam and the light got real dim and the brights come one a very low but the switch was still on dims can you guys help me out dont have a clue what the hell could be long

ok here is what i was doing, i was adjusting the headlight. ok by the screws in the back to move the lights on the road, ok then they went out for a second and came back on but with the switch still on dim the bright was on to but both dims and brights was real dim like the battery was dead but if i disconnect the drive side light harness the passager side light works fine so if i have both passager and driver side head lights hooked up the are real dim and the brights are on to when the switch is on dims. does that sound better let me know if you guys can help me oh yeah i was not doing anything with the wires.

check a ground maybe?

is your battery fully charged?

there is no power on the dim light harness where would the ground be help please

if i disconnect the light and hook it up to the other side it works it has to be in the wiring wouldnt you say
