another: car won't start thread

The ECU DOES NOT GET A CHASSIS GROUND to make it work, it has its own designated circuit ground from the engine. Here are pics of where its at, on the thermostat housing as mentioned before...
Sorry for the blurry pics. The ground is the little strap on the bolt in the picture. The big bowl-shaped object with the orange writing on it is the thermostat housing, and the other picture is from the top of the engine, looking down at the thermostat housing; you can see the shift linkage assembly in the picture.

OMG WOW IT WAS THAT!! lol i didnt notice that ground when i went to take off the housing! thanks so much... but i ran into another problem.. right when i start the car.. my idle literally is redline.. how do i fix this... tps setting.. or...? its scary.. lol right when i heard the engine fire up ig ot so happy.. but on to another problem.. hRMMFrost White CB7 Crew #28

alright ill definetly look into that, since u might be 2/2 lol thanks for the help so far though, well the cable from the right goes under the wheel and over (clockwise) cable from the left goes under as well and over (counterclockwise) i think thats right? is that what you're talking about? ... can you clear it up a little bit? =) it is an h23 tb btwFrost White CB7 Crew #28
