    an estimate on HP?

well heres a list of all the mods done to my car as of now and i was wondering what all of you alls opinions are on how much horsepower im producing now.
port nd polished head and f22a6 intake manifold
aem v2 intake (from a 97 prelude it fits)
aem fuel rail, regulator, and filter
pace setter ceramic racing headers, full 2.5" exhaust and CATCO high flow cat with Apex N1 tip
Full MSD ignition (wires, blaster coil, unit, etc...)

so whats your estimates on my HP? im hoping for around 180 ish

180?...you didn't list nitrous or forced induction in that list so I'd have to say no

on the stairs, she grabs my arm, says whats up,
where you been, is something wrong?
i try to just smile, and say everything’s fine.

u only have one header.....since u have a inline 4 engine. and im betting your making 140-145 or so..........to the crank. thats being generous...your motor stock is 125-130hp (f22a6)....so im giving you a gain of about 20hp.......hate to burst your bubble but your hoping for f/i #'s.

im gonna be nice and round up... ill say somewhere around 140whp.

the intake is mostly marketing hype, not gonna make a big difference over a 3" coldair. the rail/regulator/ignition isnt really necessary... mine are stock and im pusing alot more. and with the exhaust, youre probably just losing a little bottomend, if anything. f22's dont need 2.5" piping unless youre boosted.

but just dyno the thing and find out.

our estimates are close.....and i was being generous.
93accordtuner.....and intakes an intake....its the filter that matters. with minimal gains not even felt with daily driving its not worth $300 for an intake.

I dont Know if i beleive alot of what people are saying on here , I will go out on a Limb and Say that a Good Port and Polish Can Add Some Power if u add some Fuel and A Good Flowing Exhaust , Probably not 180 But I Dont Beleive 180 Cant be Acheived Without Boost or Nitrous , But I Work At a Machine Shop here and There I Will Put some Numbers into The Super Flow 600 And See what it Says , With Those Minor Mods , Also If You Port and Polished Did You Do a Cam , Seems to me thats something you missed or hopefully didnt not do all that port and polish is useless without a Cam Man ... Ill Let yeah know what the Flow Bench Claims it should make give or take a little , But they are Very Accurate , atleast the 600w/Flowcomp is .....

its cost a lot but u could get 180+hp out of a stock motor if you have the $$...were saying its cheaper too throw on a turbo or laughing gas......otherwise geting 180 hp out of a stock block with bolt ons and headwork is lots and lots O money.

yea well a CAI is a CAI and a short ram is a short ram...they all do the same shit....slapping a quality filter on it is what matters.

yeah now that i think about it 180 is a bit outlandish but thats because i read specs online somewhere saying that our cars have 140 stock my mistake but the filter im running is just a cheap NOPI brand one but its one of those mesh end/tip ones that let a hella lot of air in

my intake is on the way from ebay... 30 dollar 6.5" long K&N going on stock tubing

im saying 140 or so, generously as well.

if i were you go down to a 2.25 inch piping and get a new cam

If your like most of us on here, the engine has quite a few miles on it and is probably not putting out what it should even stock(lets say 140), but 180 seems a bit high for what you have, dyno it and prove us wrong!
