O2 sensor removal?

i just bought headers and im about to try to put them on but before i do i have a question...how hard is it to remove the O2 sensor off of the stock f22a1 exhaust manifold and is there a trick to it cause my friend said its a bitch. thanks.

i thought you get your money back after you returned rented items from autozones, my friend rented a spring compressor for $40 and he got the money back when he returned it. i guess its a reasurance policy

I broke 2 of those things trying to get mine off. It ended up needing a torch and air tools at the autoshop.
