where is the coldstart valve for the h22?

I think its my cold start valve thats messed up for the h22 can anyone help?

Under the throttle body and it's called the "Fast Idle Valve"

The one with all the coolatn lines on it that little egg part that you screw in.

Well with coolant lines going to it there's the Fast Idle valve that has two coolant lines attached to it, It's mounted directly under the throttle body and there's the Idle Air Control that also has to coolant lines attached to it and an electrical connector.

Which one do you think is bad?

I have reason to believe it the thermo one cause when the car is cold and i start it it idles at 1000 then goes up slowly to 1500. I think its filthy and needs to be recleaned cause im shooting no codes the idle is low and sluggish then it fights with itself but the car cuts off by itself after the first start up when it boggs down until it stalls out.
