cars been dipping into extremely lean territory past couple days....

okay, last night i was heading home from an install at a customers house... it was about 9:30ish pm and it was like probly 25* or so... i was jus drivin like normal not gettin on it at all.. my car starts stuttering like jerkin back and forth and acting wierd... i look at my wideband gauge and its running soo lean my gauge cant read it... i have an AEM UEGO and it goes as high as the 17:1 area.. now thats fukkin lean.... i'm running an apex SAFC II and i have NEVER had an issue like this before... my average tune is about -30% throughout my RPM band on the SAFC... i had to increase my fuel to aboyt -17 to -10 just to get me into the damn 13-14:1 range... its wierd because one i got off the highway and was at astoplight for about half a min., i startin accelerating and all the sudden it gets supperrr rich like deeper than 11:1 which it normally would if my tune was as low as the 'teens on my SAFC... after about 10 sec, it went back to around 13-14:1 like it was the rest of the drive home....

this mornin i'm headin to class, before i leave the drive i lean the SAFC back out to around -30% thoughout the rev range and she was running great 4 about 10 sec.... dipped into severely lean again and i jacked my tune back up to -14ish throughout.... same thing, runnin about 13-14:1 on avg... this shit is boggeling my mind.. it has NEVER happned 2 me before... i have my DSM 450cc inj. and when i got home and parked her and let her idle, my fuel press. was reading the normal 38ish psi.... now i did just replace my cyl head with an F22A1 i just rebuilt and had milled .040 or 40 thousandths... its been about 2 weeks and about 250mi and shes runn amazing up till this.... i actually had to lean out my tune a lil since the comb. chamber was less volume and i was puttin too much fuel in....

could it be something like the fuel filter or pump maybe? instinct tell me fuel filter since my car probly wouldnt run at all if anythin was up w/ my pump, but it wierd cause the previous owner had a brand new Honda fuel filter put in before i purchased the car over the summer... thast was about 6 or 7 months ago and about 5000 miles ago.... seems a little odd for filter to go soo soon.. but i do have another Honda filter that he gave me extra so if it is that, i can easily replace it.... any and all ideas are very much appreciated... oh and you guys should kno by now that if you see my user name, you kno its gunna be a long ass post, hahaha.. my badd....

but no its deff not ignition.... like i sed it gets back to normal when i add a pissload of fuel... it idles fine too.... i dunno what the deal is... it drove perfectly fine on my way to this ladies house... then all of da sudden.. OH SHYT!! UBER LEAN!! haha... yea it wasnt as funny last nite but still.... my car was parked on an incline with the front much higher than the rear for about 3 hours... i doubt thast would have anythin to do with it right?

idk dude, take the intake off and spray some ether in the TB, if it fires and runs fine than its electrical. i think ur safc could be screwing with stuff too. i thought u were running uberdata now?

okay.... i deff gotta trouble shootr this baster... i'm on my way home from class right... all the sudden my dips into the super rich area u kno.... so i leaned out my tune back to around -25% throughout the band... she ran beautifully the whole way home.... WTF!?!? i dont get it... maybe there was a clog in my fuel system or sum shyt??? maybe theres sumthin fukked up w/ my fuel injector system? my ECU is throwin code 43 for fuel system, but the thing is, the entire time i have had my turbo system on either of my CB's, its thrown code 43 at me.... almost 1.5 years altogether between both cars, and this is the 1st time this crap ever happened... this is why its so damn confusing...

make sure your wideband is reading correctly, you can test the sensor using a ohm meter. ive herd of trouble during cold days when tuning, part of ther reason i decided not to go ems was cause of reliability. best of luck!
