grinding coming from the pulleys????

lately since the temperature dropped close to zero my pulleys will sound like they are grinding. The belts are fine and the sound only slightly goes away with WD40. Any ideas whats going on??

check the crank bolt for tightness and check the crank pulley, it has a rubber bushing that can go bad. also:
