Noise from steering colum area

anybody experience this...? its like a wining noise coming from the steering wheel when making turns. also steering feels loose like when i make a turn it wobbles sorta like if u have a semi flat tire and u turn the wheel.

yes check your belt for the power stearing, (might need to be tightend and also check fluid when it is cold on the pstearing and u might need a pump ive been through this 2 times with my car and also check the low and hgh pressure hose

and also forgot to add if u are low on fluid check out why u are low might be a leak dont just fill it and let it go cause im might cause more damage then u think
