fuel pump whine??

a couple months ago i had my fuel pump replaced and the place messed up and i kept hearing a constant whine sound.. soo i took it back and got it redone and still the same whine sound... they have redone it like 3 times and still i get a constant whine sound... its really loud after driving long distances. and when even i turn on the blinker, the sound fluctuates with the blinker... the sound is like a electronic motor.. but they say its the fuel pump what can i do to fix it..??

Its normal not to worry. Mine does the same shit it has a whine aswell.

hey, mine is silent, i never even hear it prime.... it is stock, but should i hear anything? sorry if this takes away from his question....
