Can't find blue conn. for CEL

I pulled the carpet from the pass. side and cannot find the connector. I unscrewed the plate for the ECU and all I see is the ECU connected to the car and the two plugs from the TCU from the tranny swap that arent used anymore. Can someone please send pictures or direct to me on where it is. Looking at these other CEL threads are not helping.

take out the passenger side plastic kick panel. its above that.....i never had to remove mine but u may have to if its hanging low. its not near the ecu is above the plastic kick panel on the passenger side.
