sounds like theres a center problem. But your right it shouldn't be throwing a code 2 at all. An obd1 CEL list is an obd1 CEL list specific to no honda. Maybe even recheck the wires u connected back together to make sure none of them are touching eachother.

take the ecu, take off the cover and check for any burned components.

well thats the thing.. i cut all the emissions wires clean so theres no wire showing anymore.. it started up fine with everything else i did.. EGR wiring.. tranny plug wiring.. and another one below the distributor that she cut.. it started up just fine.. but when i went to fuck with the damn emisisons box.. two wires touched by accident and it killed the motor..
going to get the ecu out now...

          just realized something..

without (what i think to be) the CEL plug.. as ive always known em to be.... well without it even being jumped.. the S light is still flashing.. and when i went on the passenger side and looked down.. its still throwing codes... is there a separate list for tranny codes or.. what?? (damn automatics)

which is the ecu.. the one on the left or the one on the right (try to remember when u flip the metal panel (antoine)

if the ecu is on the right then its really the left one when bolted down in stock trim.. visa versa...

there are two peek holes for L.E.D red light.. and the one on the right is going off without me having the CEL jumped.. and when i do jump it.. its still the one on the right throwing the codes...

<me thinks i burned the ecu...

i had a blonde moment and left my tools at home so i have to wait till 2-4pm when my girl and my cousin get out.. to go get tools and take a peek..

the ecu is one the left if the kick plate is installed normally. You'll have to take them both out regardless...check both tho.

Alright ive come to the conclusion that it is the ecu.. the junkyard wanted to charge me 100 for a stock accord ecu with no guarantee of it working or not.. lol!!! so... in look of a pt3-pt6 ecu... automatic doesnt matter really... just be reasonable with the price plz..
