Real quick, would it be a good idea to do this at the same time i do the IAC or should i do them at two different times?

Seeing as how they both deal with the idle...

Doing this along with IAC, Plugs/Wires/Cap/Rotor. Possibly EGR and Valve Adj. Aiming for higher MPG.

Plus im getting that RPM surge from 45mph-60mph. Surges up and down a few hundred RPMs under light acceleration. Hoping this/these will help.
isnt that surging your talking about the torque converter locking and unlocking? mine does it too when just cruising on a side road with minimal grade changes.

that's strange. I have an H22 and I thought it was the IAB's for some reason with the surging. RPM's drop about 500 or so. Also my H22 seems to be one of the first of 93 and I am pretty sure I do not have that valve on the top of the intake manifold. I will check.

Yeah, it could be the TC, but im really hoping thats not what it is.

And it doesnt surge all the time. It just does it when i first start up. Once ive been driving around for 5 or 10 minutes, it goes away.

I think it is under the TB.

Carlos your valve may not be upright like in the pics. It could possibly be under the tb. If it is remove the tb so you can get to it easier. I did mine earlier this spring.

H23 TBs have FITV under the TB opening, I know that for fact as I have 2 of them between both my Accords. H23 TB and plenum are very similar to H22, runners are different.
