i was told today after gettin my kick down cable replace that my motor mounts were pretty bad ( is this why when my car shifts ,its a auto, the car jerks forward, how should i replace them i see ebay motor mounts for like 30 bucks , where should i go and how much u think labor is

The front torque strap is easy and the 2 sides are easy also to change. The ebay mounts are well ebay. If you plan on keeping the car long most would suggest get the honda mounts.
The side mounts you will need to jack up the engine a little to release pressure on the mounts and then replace them. and the front mount you will need to jack up the engine a little bit so it tips to the front and then you can change it.
Autozone sells mounts with warranty i think.
